　　中華民國駐世界貿易組織常任代表林義夫，21日應邀在「世界體育用品工業聯盟」於日內瓦主辦的貿易論壇演講，談貿易談判中政府面對的挑戰及業界可給予的協助。

　　世界體育用品工業聯盟(WFSGI)主辦的產業論壇是在世界貿易組織(WTO)舉辦的系列論壇之一，主旨是促使全球貿易更開放、消除關稅及非關稅障礙，與會人士包括歐盟及WTO人員和各國體育用品相關業者及產業公會人員。

　　由WFSGI秘書長戴柯克(Robbert de Kock)主持的論壇，邀請了4名主講人，包括林義夫、美國運動產品製造業協會總裁柯維(Tom Cove)、歐洲運動產品產業聯合會總裁達斯勒(Frank Dassler)及聯盟的貿易法律顧問。

　　林義夫在演講中說明了杜哈談判的進程，及各國政府在推動自由貿易方面應擔負的責任。他強調，業界應準備好針對貿易自由化的趨勢進行調整。同時，他也鼓勵各國業者促使其政府積極參與貿易談判。

　　台灣區體育用品同業公會是21日論壇的重要推手，公會理事長吳品盛是WFSGI理事。

　　他強調，台灣產業界應該積極推動WTO相關國際議題。如果全球體育用品能達到零關稅的目標，體育用品產業一定能降低成本，透過更有效率的產業合作，提供成本低廉且品質良好的產品。

　　今年有83個單位報名申請主辦論壇，只有47個非政府組織的提案獲得WTO秘書處的同意。

WFSGI Manufacturers Forum has been successfully held twice in Taiwan during TaiSPO. Thanks for all the support and attendance of WFSGI executive officials. We received positive and immense response from the audience.

TaiSPO (Taipei International Sporting Goods Show), a worldly-known sports show, is ranked among top sporting goods shows in Asia. Over the past 8 years, I have made the utmost effort to work with our governmental exhibition department to enhance its international publicity. Gladly, the numbers of exhibitors and visitors have broken all the records in its 38 year history this year.

In the next year, TaiSPO unprecedentedly will be held in junction with Taipei Cycle Show, Taiwan International Diving and Water Sports Show (DiWaS) and Taipei International Sports Textile & Accessory Expo (TextPort) in Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, Hall 2, and Hall 3 and Nangang Exhibition Center from March 6th to March 10th. It will definitely be a historical landmark exhibition. You are more than welcome to visit TaiSPO next year. Moreover, hopefully we will also hold WFSGI Manufacturers Forum during TaiSPO again. 

VIPs was invited to have dinner in the restaurant of National Palace Museum which is a famous history museum. In the dinner, I made an exception to sing a song on the stage. Gladly our new President of WFSGI, Mr. Motoi Oyama also brought a wonderful and beautiful song for us. It was tremendously nice of Mr. Toshi Mizuno if he can also share this video with us.

Taiwan sporting goods industry has been playing an important and active role in the global sporting industry. We will continuously contribute ourselves to this industry. We sincerely hope all of you can give all your support and encouragement to come to TaiSPO and WFSGI Manufacturers Forum.

體育用品業世盟將在台舉行論壇

（中央社記者林琳柏林13日專電）世界體育用品工業聯盟（WFSGI）將於今年4月在台北舉辦一項製造業論壇。
台灣區體育用品同業公會也積極推動由WFSGI主辦一場9月在世界貿易組織（WTO）舉行的公共論壇。
台灣區體育用品同業公會理事長吳品盛表示，在台灣舉辦製造業論壇，不僅可以吸引許多國外重要買主來台，同時可以結合各國的產業組織推動國際議題的討論。
參加6日至9日的慕尼黑冬季體育用品展Winterispo期間，吳品盛也積極與世界體育用品工業聯盟（World Federation of Sporting Goods Industries,WFSGI）理事長歐雅瑪（Motoi Oyama）及聯盟理事交換意見，推動WFSGI針對關稅問題主辦一場WTO的公共論壇。
每年9月，WTO會舉辦一系列40多場公共論壇，讓政府組織及非政府組織的代表、學者、專家和業界人士共聚一堂，討論推動自由貿易。
擔任世界聯盟理事的吳品盛表示，計劃9月15日在日內瓦舉行的公共論壇將邀請4位主講人，針對零關稅的問題提出看法，並與參與論壇人士交換意見。
產業公會聯盟主辦論壇的條件是參與聯署的國家在這類產業的產值必須佔全球90%。目前由世界聯盟推動的連署已有挪威、瑞士、美國和台灣的產業公會參與，可能加入聯署的包括歐盟、中國、日本、加拿大、南韓、香港、泰國、澳大利亞的產業組織。

台灣體育用品廠商及紡織業者在第71屆慕尼黑體育用品展ispo推出市場強項產品。台灣區體育用品工業同業公會7日晚間在展場舉辦「台灣之夜」，與參展國家的代表交流聯誼。

　中央社8日報導，在慕尼黑貿易商展中心（Munich Trade FairCenter）於6日至9日舉辦的冬季體育用品展winterispo是全球最大的體育用品專業展之1。今年有來自49個國家的2200多家廠商參展。台灣參展廠商展出的項目包括健身器材、球類、結合電子的體育用品、運動服及功能性織品。

　除了推廣產品及爭取訂單，參加大型國際商展也是業者認識市場趨勢與拓進交流的機會。台灣區體育用品工業同業公會理事會吳品盛是世界體育用品工業聯盟（World Federation of the Sporting GoodsIndustries, WFSGI）理事，熱心推動國際事務，最近當選為聯盟製造業論壇副主席。

　吳品盛表示，雖然有不少台灣體育用品廠商將生產線移到國外，台灣的體育用品產業在國際市場仍有相當的競爭力。

　他以本身的企業為例，說明如何藉著生產線外移增加產能和銷售，並強調心留台灣，和促進國際交流非常重要。

　公會特別邀請駐慕尼黑辦事處處長鄭兆元及世界體育用品工業聯盟主席歐雅瑪（Motoi Oyama）、前主席拉森（John Larsen）、慕尼黑展覽公司主席兼執行長迪崔克（Klaus Dittrich）及聯盟的理事們參加台灣之夜。餐會上，幾位貴賓都談到台灣體育用品在國際市場表現不俗及台灣業者與公會的積極努力。

　中華民國紡織業拓展會也結合56家台灣的紡織業者，展出台灣研發的功能性紡織品。紡拓會市場拓展處副處長王惠蘭表示，台灣研發產製具有複合性功能的布料，具有抗紫外線、除臭、吸汗、保暖、涼感及環保的功能，在國際市場非常受歡迎，有6成到7成的國際體育用品品牌都向台灣採購布料。

　紡拓會特別在會場舉辦推廣台灣形象的酒會，介紹新研發的織品。王惠蘭說，紡拓會努力和業者一同推廣台灣紡織品，希望能達到展館所標示的「Think Taiwanfor Textile」（想到台灣，就想到紡織業）。

　去年的慕尼黑冬季運動用品展吸引了來自117個國家的6萬4000多位業界及媒體參觀。觀展人士多半來自義大利、瑞士、奧地利、法國、英國、西班牙、荷蘭、南韓、捷克及瑞典。
